Step 1 - Preparation
We apply biocidal wash to chemically clean your walls, using a soft wash method. If your walls have damage including cracks and structural repair issues, we make good before any other works. Any necessary repointing or brickwork repairs will be completed to ensure your wall is structurally sound and protected against future moisture issues. Additionally, all window sills, lintels, and surrounding areas will be carefully covered to prevent any mess or splatter during the application of the sprayed coatings. The biocide chemical wash removes any bacterial growth on your exterior walls such as moss, algae or efflorescence, once your walls are good and porous, we begin our 1st application of masonry paint or coatings.
Step 2 - 1st Layer of Paint
The first coat of our premium water-repellent, breathable, and UV-resistant masonry paint or coatings is applied using an airless sprayer.
